Wing chun dan chi sau

Is a drill we learn between the basic pak da/lap da drills and rolling hands/ full on chi sau in wing chun

It’s a very boring drill, so people often lose focus. But it is actually the first drill that introduces ‘sticking’. Remember that this drill is a very beginner level drill, so it’s aimed for nearly complete beginners to the style.
