Wet and rotten wood siding. Causes.

In one of my projects the siding on one of the sides of the property was always wet and rotten on the bottom. While on the other end it was perfectly fine. Upon deep inspection we figured out that the cause of it was improper flashing that got bent and was accumulating standing water.
