When it comes to shift some unwanted fat, most people adopt the same approach.

You jump right into some super restrictive diet, cutting out all the foods you love and starving yourself silly.

While this might help to shift a few pounds early on, it NEVER lasts.

And it's not long before you have a massive rebound and regain everything you've lost plus a wee bit extra for good measure.

Then the whole cycle starts again.

But instead of looking for an alternative, you just dive right back into the same diet or something similar hoping that this time it's gonna be different.
