This incredibly easy camping recipe uses a Dutch oven to cook over an open fire. It's simple and done in one pot and can feed an army.
I cooked enough for 6 people.

Olive Oil
4 chicken breasts cubed
2 green peppers
6 pieces of Celery
1 large onion
A generous amount of Club House Cajun spice
Salt and pepper
4 smokes sausages
2 cans of Tomatoes
2 cups of Chicken stock
1 cup of shrimp
2 cups of rice

Fry the chicken in oil. After its cooked throw in your veggies and cook them up. Add the Cajun spice, chicken stock, and tomatoes and let simmer an hour. Throw in your shrimp and let cook 5 minutes and then add the rice, let sit 5 minutes. Dig In!
