Code 11 is one of the biggest codes that could happen to a Rinnai unit.
The code is no ignition and can include a gas problem, vent problem and a ground problem.
Some times it can be solved by just cleaning the fan or the ignitor or flame rods but most of the time you will have to remove the burner to clean it.
