This image came up consistently when we were doing our Galapagos research and we knew we had to go. This boat trip was beautiful, an incredible breakfast, wine with lunch all included and the most incredible scenery we have ever seen.

The trip is topped off by a spot of snorkelling where we saw penguins, sharks and the most incredible range of tropical fish.
