Hawaiian Guilt Free Pizza
Ingredients:
Flat Out Rolls
Pineapple chunks
Deli ham of your choice
Tomato sauce
Shredded mozzarella
sun-dried tomato
Spicy banana pepper
Olive oil spray

Directions - Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat both sides of the flat bread with olive oil , onion powder, garlic powder and bake for 2-4 minutes or until crip. Remove from over and top with all ingredients. Place back in the over for another 7 minutes or until the cheese has completely melted. Serve on a bed of spinach.


Mediterranean Power Bowl
Ingredetiens:
Quinoa
Tomato
Red onion
Cucumber
1/2 lime
White vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Italian seasoning
Kalamata olives
Fetta cheese
Salt to taste

Cook quinoa following directions on the box. Dice tomato, cucumber and red onion then season with salt to taste. Add lime juice, vinegar, italian seasoning, olive oil and mix. Plate everything and enjoy!
Guilt Free Taco
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1lb of ground beef or turkey
2-3T taco seasoning
1/2C sweet corn
Salt to taste
Shreddd cheese of choice
Pico de Gallo or salsa of your choice
Avocado slices


Guilt Free Taco Boats
Directions

Taco Seasoning Recipe
Unsalted Chili Seasoning
1.5T chili powder
1/4t cayenne (add less if you don’t want it sure spicy)
1/2T crushed red pepper
1T garlic powder
2t cumin
2t parsley
2T sugar
1/2t black pepper
*Store in an airtight container or bag. I don't use salt in the seasoning so I can salt the chili to my liking.

Taco Meat:
Sautee onions with a little bit of olive oil on medium high heat until translucent then add garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds then add ground meat. Cook meat until no longer pink, add taco seasoning and 1/3C water. Turn heat down to medium low and add corn and zucchini shavings. Add salt to taste if your taco seasoning does't have salt. Cook for about 10 minutes making sure to mix it so it doesn’t stick

Zucchini Boat
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice zucchini in half and scoop out the inside. Season with salt and pepper, add taco meat and top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until zucchini is soft but not mushy!
