A series of videos about a journey along on the BAM, which was the construction site of the century, the most expensive and complex infrastructure facility in the USSR.

Komsomolsk-on-Amur is the largest settlement on the BAM, the second largest city in the Khabarovsk Territory in terms of population and production potential. The railway came to it before the Great Patriotic War; from it construction of No. 500 began to the east, which is now part of the BAM to Sovetskaya Gavan; from it to the west began the restoration and construction of the road to the west to Tynda in the 70s.
Komsomolsk-on-Amur station is 3818 km of the BAM.

Further along the way we met towns and villages of the Khabarovsk Territory
(The Pivan - Sovetskaya Gavan line has its own mileage, which is indicated in brackets):
Selikhino village. Selikhin station is 3888 (52) km of the BAM.
The working village of Vysokogorny. Vysokogornaya station is 4056 (220) km of the BAM.
The village of Tuluchi. The station is 4139 (303) km of the BAM.
The village of Tumnin. The station is 4176 (340) km of the BAM.
The village of Uska-Orochskaya. Ust-Orochi station is 4216 (380) km of the BAM.

My last visit to the city:
