In the Philippines, people do their own fireworks display during new year's eve celebration. Fireworks starts to ramp-up about 40 minutes before midnight and continues even past 1 AM. There's a bit of drizzle but the sky was clear. Jen's voice at the end of the video wishing you a Happy New Year! :)
