RECIPE:
8 eggs
6 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
2teaspoons of vanilla
1tsp of cinnamon (optional)
Place all ingredients is in a blender or a bowl and mix it up with your blender or handmixer (whatever you have on hand). From their place your mixture inside a parchment paper lined loaf pan. I would spray the parchment paper a little to avoid it sticking. Place it in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
It will drop once you take it out of the oven. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes. From there cut the loaf into slices (and don’t worry if it’s slightly undercooked because you’re going to cook it on the frying pan). Spray your pan with a little bit of spray oil or butter (whatever you have on hand) Place the French Toast pieces in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Sprinkle some swerve and some no sugar syrup along with some strawberries. Of course whipping cream, if you have that on hand.
