First run of this new to us Athearn Genesis SD70M-2 on our layout, pulling one of the club's grain trains, from Mechanicville to Champlain Terminal. This is meant as an instruction video for new operators on our layout in Essex Jct, Vermont. Normally this train would be pulled by two of our green & yellow engines, and we'd have to call in to the dispatcher and yardmaster at various points during our circumnavigation of the layout. Today there's just myself & the camera so we just keep on rollin'.
