So I went to Christchurch. It is a convinient place to arrive when you want to explore the Southern Island of New Zealand, but since I have some 24 hours here, let's explore the city - and of course the close surroundings, including the famous Christchurch Gondola with its unbelievable views and vistas.
But you will have to wait for till the final part of the video, because I kinda forgot to take a look at the opening hour, so first we will take a stroll in the city proper, enjoy the historical Christchurch Tramway and the so called Punting on the Avon river (all three are the main tourist attractions of the city, but I wanna see more).
We will visit the Christchurch cathedral, badly damaged 10 years ago during an earthquake, the Arts Center with its beautiful architecture and we will get some tranquillity in the Botanical Garden.
And then, finally, we will take the Gondola and explore the Summit road in the mountains separating Christchurch and a picturesque little town of Lyttelton.
