📖 Show Notes 📖

🔵 Rig Manager Features
Rig manager will let you easily switch between controllers without needing to manually remap your devices. This works by creating "labels" within the rig manager and assigning your controller to those labels rather than to on screen controls. This means that the controls are associated with the labels, and the labels can be easily remapped once, and work for the entire gig set up.

Once you create your rigs, you will never need to remap

🔵 Creating "Rigs"
Once you are in the rig manager (easily navigate there by pressing Command-R), you can use the top plus button to create as many rigs as you need. Each rig can be comprised of multiple devices. and each device can have it's own set of controls. This can be helpful when you perform with multiple pieces of hardware.

Controls can be added by pressing the smaller plus. These controls can then be assigned to knobs and faders on your controllers.

It is helpful to create meaning labels for each control to make assigning knobs to following rigs more streamlined

🔵 Remapping Second Rig
Once you have one rig set up creating a new rig will show you all of the controls from your previous one in red. Any control labeled in red will be able to be remapped to your next rig.

🔵 Future Mapping
Once your rigs are set up, you can use these control to map without needing to physically move your hardware. In edit mode, there is a dropdown where you can select any labeled control from Rig Manager. This means when you switch set ups, everything will be ready to go by default.
