Part 2 of 2 - In this video, I fit a new rear axle beam on a 2009 Fiat Panda, to replace the corroded/rusty original. Other cars sharing this platform include the Fiat 500, Ford Ka and Chrysler Ypsilon.

I also fit replacement rear suspension components, including rear coil springs, rear shock absorbers and bump stops. I replace brake components including rear brake shoes, rear brake drums, rear wheel cylinders, handbrake cables, spring kit, metal brake lines/pipes and bleed the brakes with fresh brake fluid. The wheel bearings are replaced however the backplates and stub axles will be re-used, along with ABS wheel/speed sensor.

I fit components from Bosch, SKF, Magneti Marelli and Suplex, amongst others.
