This is a remake of the tutorial I made back in September 2023, This method uses the now discontinued CS:GO version of Hammer++ to work with Portal 2. (Cause I haven't had any success with other versions, especially the Gmod Version).

Apparently the dev behind Hammer++ is working on an official release for Portal 2. But until then, this is probably the best solution, or a least for me...
