I've been asked many questions about the process of painting sewing machines so I've taken the photos I took from one I did last year and created this tutorial. There is obviously much I wasn't able to catch but I think this video of the progress shows a good bit of the basics of a complete Singer 201-2 restoration.
Each frame is only 7 seconds total so you'll have to pause it to read the dialog in some places but that pause will also give you time to view details you may have missed.
