Chocolate Chip Orange Loaf Cake! Gluten-Free & Vegan!

Let's make an orange loaf cake, but with chocolate chips in it! This loaf would honestly be so good without the chocolate chips as well!

Orange Loaf Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups 1:1 gluten-free flour(bobs red mill)
1/2 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour (bobs red mill)
3/4 cup cane sugar
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup vegan vanilla yogurt (silk)
1/2 cup avocado oil/ neutral tasting oil
1/3 cup unsweetened soy milk/plant milk
2 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
A small chunk of dark chocolate for shaving

Orange Glaze:
1 cup icing sugar(wholesome sweeteners)
2 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp unsweetened soy milk/plant milk

1) combine sugar with orange zest and mix to release all essential oils. Add orange juice, vegan yogurt, vegetable oil, plant milk, and vanilla extract- whisking until fully combined.
2) add in flours, baking powder, and salt, whisking to combine. Fold in chocolate chips(or whisk them in like I did and struggle lol)
3) pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment and bake at 350°f for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!
4) allow to cool 10-15 before finishing to cool completely on a wire rack
5) mix together the glaze and pour overtop (MAKE SURE you leave the loaf on top of the wire rack while pouring the glaze! That way it will look both amazing AND not soak into the bottom like mine!) then shave dark chocolate overtop everything!
