Bicol express is a Popular Filipino dish. it is a spicy made of pork, chilies, coconut milk ,shrimp paste,onion ,garlic and ginger .

ingredients:
500 grams Pork Belly Boiled
4 cloves of garlic chopped
2 med onion chopped
Ginger thumb size slice
4 pcs green chili
12 pcs chili labuyo red
2 tbsp shrimp paste
1/2 cup coconut milk
