In my mind I can imagine a dream bike. It has all the best features of my current bike plus all the cool new technology that has appeared in the time since I got my old bike. When I saw that I could order a bike the way I wanted, from the colour to the main components I jumped at the opportunity. At a certain level most high end bikes are good. So what sets them apart?
