Supply process
Material Detection sensor(Fiber Optical Sensor), which is attached in the magazine, detects existence of Work.
It moves object cylinder forward to supply Work to the machining process.
Machining process
The provided Work is processed by product cylinder with moving the drill machining forward.
-Transfer process
The Work is transferred to the conveyor belt for inspection process.
Inspection process
The transferred Work is detected whether Good or Bad by detection sensor, also, optical sensor and metal sensor detect color and material.
Extraction process
The Work, which was detected as Bad in the inspection process, is extracted for Bad by extraction cylinder.
The Work, which is inspected as good, transfers to BOX to store at the end of the conveyor.
