I went along to run the Shere 42k with beautiful views and plenty of hills! It would prove to be a challenging event with over 1000m of elevation gain and a few other hurdles to overcome.

Check out ‪@BenNotley‬ and ‪@PaulCoatesTrailRunning‬ if you haven't already - both have videos of the Shere 42k and also have loads of other great content worth checking out.

Big thanks to the organisers and all the volunteers. Find out more about Surrey Trek and Run here: https://www.surreytrekandrun.co.uk/

Welcome to Time On Feet. I'm Ben and on this channel you can find Parkruns, marathons, trail running and ultras as well as reviews of running kit and training ideas I pick up along the way.

I completed my first marathon in April 2021 and shortly after got into trail running and ultra marathons. My training is mainly along the trails of the South Downs Way near where I live in Brighton, UK.
