This is a very tasty and simple cake with apples. There is no added sugar or flour in this cake.
it is very quick to make and once you try it, you will make it again and again.
Ingredients needed:
-220 g of ground oatmeal
-3 large apples -grated
- juice of 1/2 lemon
-100 ml of water
- 80 g of coarsely chopped walnuts
- 80 g of raisins
-3 eggs
-100 ml of oil
-1 baking powder
- the cake is baked at 180c - 45 minutes
