This video was taken in the area of the Clubhouse at Lake Norconian at the Naval Warfare Assessment Station, in Norco, California, February 26, 2012, during a Friends of the East San Gabriel Valley Group Sierra Club outing to survey the resident & transient bird population of the lake. I stayed around the Clubhouse while the rest of the group walked around the lake and saw a wider variety of birds. Close to the Clubhouse I mostly saw herons, egrets, western grebes, ducks, coots, and Canada geese. Access to the Naval Warfare Assessment Station is by permission only.
