Today's video shows our walk along Kaiserstrasse. And we will start it from the central railway station of Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof.
Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof is a central transport hub with long-distance trains to all parts of Europe, regional train lines and city S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains.
Frankfurt station is transfer hub where passengers can quickly and convenietly transfer to any train.The station was built in 1915 and today is the largest and busiest station in Germany.
Kaiserstrasse is street in the densely populated area of Frankfurt in the Bahnhofsviertel district.
Kaiserstrasse starts from the Hauptbahnhof and runs to Hauptwache.
Walking along this street you can observe wirh interest the architecture of city building, skyscrapers in the area,in particular the Commerzbank Tower, the Frankfurter Hof Hotel.
The Commerzbank Tower is the tallest building in Frankfurt. Its height is 259 meters.
Today, the construction of high-rise buildings and skyscrapers in this area of the city continues.
