Ingredients:
1 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons cornstarch in 2 Tablespoons water slurry
1 drop red food coloring (optional)
Bring to boil then low simmer for 1 minute
Remove from heat and add 2 Tablespoon cornstarch slurry to thicken
