On April 12, 2024, the usual Saturday Emporium turn, OL2 that day, came past me heading to Emporium earlier than I expected. It was around 2 PM when the return trip shots were achieved. And with the new 10 mile-per hour speed restriction from Keating Summit to Emporium, I got 5 shots of it from Milepost 115.75 to Milepost 113.20! As it was very cold in the morning, 6001’s horn and bell were barely holding up. Whereas in the afternoon, 6004’s horn was doing good as it was warmer. Enjoy the shots I achieved, and happy railfanning and train chasing!
