Periods के 2nd या 3rd day से Uterus में एक lining बनती है जिससे Endometrium कहते हैं। Endometrium का काम होता है Baby को Implant करना उसको Nurture करना। और जब हमारी Ovulation हो जाती है और उस महिने हम Concieve नही कर पाते तब यह Inner Linning Vaginal Opening से बाहर आती है जिससे Periods कहते है।

जिस inner linning पर आपका Baby बनरा हो impure कैसे हो सकती है। यह एक Myth है periods impure blood भले ही बहार निकलता है।

जब Period Blood का रंग अलग होता है तो उसके कई कारण हो सकते है। जब Periods बाहर आने लगते है लेकिन गर्भाशय का मुंह छोटा होने से बाहर नही आता तो वो अंदर ही Dark होने लगता है। जैसे Brown या Black।

शरीर और Period का Blood अलग नही होता। जब वो गर्भाशय से निकलता है तो उसमें Endometrium के टुकड़े होते है। जब Blood और निचे आता है तो उसमें Mucus मिल जाता है। और जब वो Vagina में आता है तो Vaginal Secretions उसमे मिल जाते हैं।

Periods के वक्त शरीर कमज़ोर होते है और कोई कोई Religious Value के हिसाब से इस हालात में महिला या लड़कियों को अशुद्ध माना जाता था। लेकिन कमजोरी और Religious Beliefs के साथ देख कर महिलाओं को काम न करने को कह जाता है।
