In this travel vlog, I take a walking tour of the Phạm Viết Chánh neighborhood in Saigon, Vietnam. Pham Viet Chanh is the trendiest area in Ho Chi Minh City. Very close to District 1 and District 2, it was quaint but also has a lively bar scene. Anyone traveling to HCMC should definitely check out this area for some good for or a fun night out.
