10 Minute extreme bar workout.
This one is super hard again. A lot of core and arm/shoulder strength is needed to be able to hang on the bar for a longer duration and perform these exercises.
Make sure to take care of your form! If you need rest, then pause and continue when you are ready.
No Equipment is needed.
