I scoured the internet and drop a bunch of experience that I have with aging beef.
The three key things you need are as follows:
Stable Temperature between 36-40 degrees Fahrenheit
Humidity between 75% and 85%
Airflow
With these things, you can pretty much safely age beef at home and have delicious steaks that are guaranteed to please crowds.
