NETHER POX! Legacy mono Black Smallpox control MTG

I play a Magic: the Gathering Online Legacy league with a Baral and Kari Zev brew. The aim was to cast powerful three drop instants for free when we cast Force of Will or Snuff Out, whilst also getting value from Chrome Host Seedshark as an alternative to leverage these alternate cost spells.
