Had a fantastic day railfanning some Boston area hotspots on the Northeast Corridor. We visit the supreme hotspot of Readville, plus the busy stations at Ruggles, and Back Bay. AtvReadville, I was serenaded with lots of motive power variety and horn shows. I was quite impressed but even more excited about the unexpected visit of the Avelia on a test run. Later I captured rush hour action at the busy Ruggles station, finishing at Back Bay. As an epilogue, we see the Avelia test train arriving in Penn Station NY plus midnight action at Jamaica LIRR showcasing all varieties of their MU equipment. It was an exhausting but exciting day making this journey to the great city of Boston ☘️☘️☘️☘️
