Ingredients:

For Stuffing:
250gm Mutton Mince
Salt to taste
1/2 glass Water
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 chopped Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
3-4 tsp chopped Spring Onion
1 finely chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Cloves powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Ghee / Oil

For Samosa Sheet:
2 cup Wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp Oil
add Water as need
1 tsp Oil
Dry flour

For Slurry:
2 tsp Wheat flour & some Water

Oil For Frying
Serve with Lemon
