1 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
1 Tsp Grated Adrak (Ginger)
10 to 12 Curry Patta (Curry leaves)
1 Medium size Onion finely chopped
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 cup Motiwali Suji(Thick Semolina)
2 Tbl sp Chawal Ka Ata (Rice Flour)
1/2 cup Dahi(Curd)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup water
1 Tsp salt

Nariyel ki Chutney
1/4 cup Fresh Nariyel Ki Slice (Fresh Coconut slice)
2 Tbl sp Bhuna Chanadal (Roasted Chickpea)
1/2 inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
3 Lasun ki Kali (Garlic clove)
1 to 2 Hari Mirch (Green Chilli)
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup water
2 Tbl sp Water
1/4 Tsp Limboo Ka Ras (Lemon juice)
Tadka
1 Tbl sp Oil
1/2 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1/2 Tsp Chanadal (Split Chickpea)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
2 Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red chilli)
5 to 6 Curry Patta (Curry leaves)
1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tbl sp water
1/2 Tsp Eno(Fruit salt)
1 Tsp water
1 Tbl sp oil
