I teach you how to fold the sheets using the pocket method and how to organize the sheets in the closet to make better use of the space.
For both the fitted sheet and the top sheet, I use templates with the size of the shelf and thus better use the entire hole.
The template I use for the bed sheets is 31 x 25 cm. It is 1 cm less in height and width than the height and depth of my shelf.
To get the template that I need for a drawer or a shelf, I measure the height and depth of the hole and subtract 1 cm or 0.5 cm depending on whether it is to fold thick or thin garments. For example, to fold the sheets or towels I have left 1 cm because it is thicker clothes and in the template that I use to fold the t-shirts I have subtracted 0.5 cm because they are very thin.
Fitted sheets with elastic are cumbersome to fold. The trick is to fit all four corners one inside the other.
I've been folding them this way for over 20 years. Now what I have added is the final step using the pocket method to leave the bed sheet as a little package.
Regarding the top sheet, the only peculiarity is the final step when applying the pocket method.
I hope you find it useful.
