We are authorised and licensed to use the music by virtue of our subscription to The Music License, issued by PPL PRS Limited. To reject the dispute is contary to the provisions contained therein.
PPL represents performers and record companies. PRS for Music is a society of songwriters, composers and music publishers. Both organisations ensure that the creators and performers of music are paid when their music is used in public through members' subscriptions to the Music License.
