Recipe 1:
Ingredients: 1 large potato, a piece of butter, 2 eggs, spring onion, salt, pepper, paprika, dry marjoram.

Grease the pan with butter (15 g).
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and put them in a pan.
Mix 2 eggs, add 4 sprigs of chopped onions, salt, pepper, paprika and marjoram.
Turn the potatoes over to the other side.
Add eggs, cover and fry over low heat.
Fry for about 5-6 minutes on each side.

Recipe 2:
Ingredients:
3 potatoes.
1 light bulb.
Oil for frying, a piece of butter.
Salt, pepper and sugar.
3 chicken eggs.
75g spinach.
200 g hard cheese.

Grate 3 potatoes and wash with water. Add 3 eggs, salt, pepper and mix. Add half to the pan. Add grated cheese, fried onions with spinach and more cheese. Fry on both sides over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
