Hello my lovelies, I've been inspired by spring and beautiful bluebells. Do bluebells grow where you live? I thought I'd share the whole process of making a textile landscape. I've included the inspiration piece and how to break down an image into shapes so that you can recreate it in fabric. Making a piece this large takes time, a lot of time but I hope you agree that it's worth it. Thank you for being so patient as I took an extra week to make this video, as a rough estimate I would say that so far it's taken about 30 hours. The embellishment process will be in the next video and I'll be covering some hand embroidery and machine embroidery, and lots of hints and tips that you can apply to your own textile art. Enjoy the video!
