Some of the facts surrounding St Mary's Church, set on a hill over looking the village of Tintern in Wales. Dating from the 12th century, the church has a long history, being a refuge for monks from the nearby Abbey. It was later rebuilt in the 19th century and destroyed by fire in 1977. It has a reputation of being haunted and it's where my wife had a feeling of foreboding in 1977 when we visited the church yard. This unknown to us, was just a month after the tragedy that sadly claimed 2 lives. So, 47 years later, I go back to investigate the mysterious events that occurred there!
