Inflation
1.Open the pressure relief valve on the back.
2.Press ”INFLATE” airbags repeatly about 30 times, fill the air to 60-80% and then close valve.
3.Press the release button to adjust air capacity if too much air inflated.
4.Recomend 60-80% of air capacity for the most comfortable zone.

Deflation
1.When not in use, open the air nozzle to deflate and fold.
2.Close the nozzle and insert, store it in the bag for easy carrying.
