Carrot- 2
Coconut Oil-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies(chopped)-1/2 tsp
Pomegranate Arils-1 cup

BLACK-EYED BEANS SALAD
Cooked black-eyed beans- 1.5 cups
Chopped Spinach-2 cups
Apple(chopped)-1/2 cup
Salt -1/4 tsp
Black pepper-1/2 tsp

ORANGE VINAIGRETTE
Fresh Orange Juice-1/2 cup
Orange Zest- 1 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar-1 tbsp.
Black Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger(grated)-1 tbsp
Brown Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt-1/8 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 2 tbsp.

AVOCADO- 1 medium
