In this video, I'm going to share with you my favorite healthy snack recipes that are a great alternative to candy.

These Healthy Bars:
- Delicious: The combination of dried fruit, nuts, and cocoa creates a unique flavor that both adults and kids will love.
- Healthy: Dried fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, nuts are rich in protein and healthy fats, and cocoa is rich in antioxidants.
- Nutritious: These snacks satisfy hunger for a long time and boost energy.
- Easy to prepare: No special skills or cooking tools required.

Ingredients:
▫️ 120 grams of dates;
▫️ 80 grams of apricots;
▫️ 100 grams of roasted hazelnuts;
▫️ 100 grams roasted peanuts;
▫️ 1 tablespoon cocoa powder;
▫️ 2 tablespoons coconut shavings.

You can use any other dried fruits and nuts according to your taste.

Store the snacks in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
These healthy and delicious snacks will be a great substitute for candy and will help you stay slim and healthy!
