This is the first video I've done of one of my restorations. For those who don't know, one of my hobbies is restoring old beaten up WW1/WW2 firearms, specifically ones that aren't too rare nor too valuable. Yes there are obviously a lot of surplus guns you do not want to restore, but the one's I do are as I said not rare nor too expensive. The on we're doing in this video is a Czechoslovakian VZ 12/33 made in 1937 and contracted for El Salvador. As you'll see, the gun was in very rough condition. There are a lot of parts I won't be showing in this video that have already been done to it, mostly, we'll be focused on the bluing of the barrel and receiver and putting everything back together. I have done a fair amount of these restorations before and have no decided it'd be cool to actually document all my work. I have many projects coming up and will be sure to film all aspects of those restorations. Hope y'all enjoy!
