CORRECTION SpAtk Specs does increase your Special Attack by 7% before damage calculation is done. Thanks to Krashy in the comments for this info. HOWEVER, READ THE SPREADSHEET. The numbers do not lie. This video does NOT mean you should use Special Attack Specs. It just means Special Attack scaling in this game is AWFUL compared to Physical Attack scaling. You're WAY better off running Muscle Band or Score Shield in the Wise Glasses/Specs slot because you'll get so much more value out of it throughout a match. Stacking items are still bad on every Pokemon, they aren't viable. Again, read the spreadsheet--SpAtk items unfortunately just stink in this game. They do next to nothing for boosting your damage.
