Garraka's cold terror seemed to be controlled back in 1904, however, in the present, the Ghostbusters' curiosity and negligence would inevitably release Garrakka from his prison. Causing his icy and ghostly world domination to begin.

Ghostbusters Frozen Empire had its potential. I liked where the story was going, but due to its execution, I was deeply disappointed in the movie. Not only does the movie feel like the plot drives the story forward, but certain actions are done without much weight to them. It would have been cool if the movie decided to lean on things to add weight to certain actions, allowing our characters to feel more active rather than passive.

On top of that, the movie broke the promise of the premise as Garraka's terror was overly teased with no great execution. He sadly comes and goes, when throughout the movie we get indications of his horrific story, anticipating its viewers more and more. Only for him to walk in and get defeated almost instantly.
