I tried 7 most popular HIIT workouts. For 7 days, I put in blood sweat and tears to attempt 7 trending High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts from 7 of the most popular fitness YouTubers & fitness influencers out there in 7 days, and I feel half alive :'^).

I also took note of ALL Apple Watch stats, including total duration (aimed to have around 30 minutes total of HIIT from each fitness youtuber), calorie & heart rate tracking stats. If you're wondering... "Which fitness YouTuber has the most intense and caloric burning HIIT?" or "How tiring are HIITs in the first place... are they really that highly intense?" or "Which HIIT workout will best suite my fitness goals?", you're watching the right vid.

WHAT IS HIIT AND WHY START HIIT?
Many of us may feel as if we're in too much of a rush for time to exercise (or make excuses, me included lol). If you're hoping to squeeeze in intense short workouts, you may want to give high-intensity interval training (HIIT) a try. HIIT workouts are workouts that are bursts of intense exercise with recovery periods in between to let you go all-out in your activity. While they are undoubtedly painful both physically and mentally, there are so many incredible health benefits.

PS: I personally really prefer steady-state MIITs to HIITs, but I fully acknowledge HIIT's (and ANY workout's) benefits. Just keep moving! This was just a fun mini experiment for me to get to know my body better and try out new workouts for fun.
