Fota Wildlife Park, 100 acres in size, is located on Fota Island in County Cork and was opened in 1983. Animals walk free in the park, allowing you to observe them in their natural environment. Rare species such as cheetahs and Rothschild's giraffes can be seen here. The park also offers educational programs and has a botanical garden.

After an exciting day at the zoo, we headed to the charming town of Cove. There we strolled along the picturesque waterfront, took in the atmosphere of the Polish festival and visited St. Colman's Cathedral.
