None of the weapon cheats give the Evans Repeater, LeMat Revolver, M1899 Pistol or the High Roller Double-Action Revolver, as they were were added to the game after it had already been released.
Using the Outfit cheat doesn't give Arthur any of John's outfits, presumably to prevent spoilers as the cheat becomes available before the epilogue.
