Dalam video ini kita tidak hanya akan membahas mengenai kondisi Afghanistan pasca invasi Soviet serta perang sipil antar faksi Mojahideen. Melainkan juga tentang lahirnya sebuah kelompok Islam yang mengklaim dirinya sebagai penyelamat Afghanistan yakni Taliban.

Menariknya lahirnya Taliban bukanlah sesuatu yang direncanakan. Mereka mengklaim Taliban dipilih oleh Tuhan untuk menyelamatkan Afghanistan. Memang Taliban pernah menguasai Afghanistan. Sungguh sangat ironi. Selain menerapkan aturan agama yang keras, Taliban juga memberangus suku-suku non Pashtun serta kelompok-kelompok yang dianggap bukan golongannya. Inilah sejarah Taliban yang penuh dengan darah dan peperangan.

Siapakah mereka? Mengapa Taliban bisa ada? Siapakah sang pemimpin Taliban yang katanya mengklaim dirinya dipilih oleh Tuhan?
