The Mehmed Pasha Mosque in city of Mostar in Bosnia & Herzegovina is a representation of extraordinary piece of Ottoman architecture. The mosque is most known and monumental in Mostar. It was built by Mehmed Koskija in 1618/19. The mosque is placed on the cliffs of the Neretva River, in the center of the city.
